Coast to Coast Properties SL is an independent family-owned company, located in the lovely
Spanish fishing village of San Luis de Sabinillas in the region of Manilva in the province of Malaga.
Originally opened in 2002, the managing director Sheldon Grossmith runs a successful office which has an excellent reputation in the area with many satisfied
Spanish and English clients, and many other clients from all over the world.
Our well established office is well staffed with English, Spanish, French and Italian speaking staff who are all more than happy to assist you in your search for
a suitable property.
If you are looking to sell or buy a resale property for your main residence, holiday home, rental investment or long term investment, Andrea Beerman and
Sheldon Grossmith are happy to assist you with worthwhile honest advice, property viewings, excellent mortgage deals, bank accounts, English and Spanish speaking lawyers,
and general property advice.
If you have a rental enquiry then Sarah King and Karen Fisher are happy to help you. With a very successful lettings department, they can advise you on all
your rental needs, whether you are looking for long term rentals or holiday accommodation. We also offer an excellent management service, run by
Gez Mason. Gez is there to look after your property once Karen or Sarah have rented it.
